Solomon Islands (Nov. 1986 - Oct. 1988 and Aug.- Dec. 2006)

My second employment brought me under the German Associate-Expert Program to the Solomon Islands. For two years I first administered grant projects and then coordinated the elaboration of provincial development plans by overseas volunteers.

In 2006 I experienced the Solomon Islands again as Shipping Specialist with the task to identify transport links between the capital hub and its outlying islands.
